Good news from Veenendaal West!

Good news from Veenendaal West! We are proud to share an important milestone for the Valley Towers project, part of de Veense Poort. On Thursday, May 2, we took a beautiful step with the signing of the cooperation agreement with Dura Vermeer Bouw Midden West.

De Veense Poort Vastgoed is a collaboration between AGT Vastgoed from Ede and Van der Vorm Vastgoed. Present were @Edwin de Kuiper on behalf of Dura Vermeer, Jan Agterberg and Wilbert Agterberg of AGT Vastgoed, René Voortmeijer and Robin Wagner of Van der Vorm Vastgoed and Michiel Polman of Samenthuis Vastgoed from Bilthoven. Michiel, who plays a key role in the development of this project, is working closely with Rudi Hidding of Elements Vastgoed from Veenendaal. Unfortunately, some team members were unable to attend due to the May vacations, including Guus van Meurs and Jeroen Steens on behalf of Dura Vermeer Bouw.

Valley Towers will consist of 165 condominiums divided between two connected towers of 45 and 55 meters high, designed by Sjoerd Beerends of Vera Yanovshtchinsky architects. This height is remarkable for Veenendaal and the region, similar to the landmarks Entrada and Solido in Veenendaal East. Valley Towers will immediately stand out to anyone driving into Veenendaal from the A12. Each apartment will be designed with luxury, comfort and energy efficiency in mind.

A special aspect of Valley Towers is the communal roof garden on the ninth floor, which will provide a green oasis for residents. A meeting space is also planned on the first floor, which will enhance social cohesion within the complex.

The sale of the apartments is scheduled for after the summer vacations, with an expected start of construction in mid-2025. The website www.valleytowers.nl will soon be completely updated to include the varied housing offer with the latest artist impressions.

We look forward to realizing this wonderful project and further shaping Veenendaal-West!
