Construction team agreement development De Hoven Block 6 signed

Monday was an important day for the future of De Hoven in Delft. Together with our construction partner Gebroeders Blokland, the construction team agreement for the development of a new residential building was officially signed by René Biesheuvel and Corsé van Rijn, Margarethe van der Vorm, Rene M. Voortmeijer, Robin Wagner and Pim Liebregts.

With 70 energy-neutral homes, a commercial space and parking, the new project promises to enrich the area. The homes will be constructed in CLT (cross layer timber) and will have a water-storing green roof.

By investing in quality and sustainable housing, we not only increase housing capacity, but also make great strides in terms of livability and sustainability. Our ESG goals are central to this project, where we strive for climate adaptation, nature inclusiveness and the creation of green connections.

Through the additional housing capacity and quality and opportunities, we increase the vibrancy and quality of the area. Together, we are building a more sustainable future.
