The solid foundation of Van der Vorm Living

Yesterday we organized our first business meeting of Van der Vorm Living, together with our brokers and service partners Max Makelaars, Jacobus Recourt, Verra Makelaars, MVGM, Mivendo, RMS Multiservice and IJbouw. A great opportunity to get to know each other better and to further shape our new way of working. Of course we updated everyone on our beautiful residential label, the additional services and the Victor van der Vorm app. The service and customer contact, just like our portfolio, must be personal, up-to-date, accessible and friendly. By keeping the lines of communication short, we can switch easily and quickly.

But above all, we felt it was important to connect all service partners, which also makes it easier to switch in the future. We find it important that the tenants of our Van der Vorm Living homes feel at home. Good contact with the rental agent and our maintenance partners is invaluable in this regard. In the end, it all contributes to more living enjoyment!
