Fantastic news for lovers of modern urban development!
Shopping center De Kopermolen in the Merenwijk in Leiden enters a new phase. The purchase agreements for the development of shopping center De Kopermolen have been signed. This marks the start of a beautiful transformation. Soon the (re)construction will start, with as a first step the northern part. There will be new retail space, a bicycle storage and eight tiny houses on and in a park-like setting. The southern part will not be left behind with a new Lidl, modern passages, underground parking and a residential building with some 75 apartments. A collaboration between E.CP and Van der Vorm Vastgoed, with design by EUP design.
