Opening Clubroom La Praga
Last week we opened our Clubroom at LaPraga on Radzymińska Street 28 in Warsaw. From now on, all residents of Van der Vorm Living have access to a comfortable workspace, relaxation area and meeting room.
The Clubroom also provides space for hosting various events as part of community activities aimed at tenants. We are confident that the Clubroom will become an important part of tenants' daily lives, as evidenced by the high level of interest in the first few weeks after its opening.
This Clubroom fits seamlessly into the philosophy of our residential label Van der Vorm Living. We offer tenants the opportunity to easily connect with neighbors and fellow residents. That's why we are increasingly adding meeting facilities to our residential complexes, such as shared living rooms, workspaces, sports facilities and vegetable gardens. We are also working with digital solutions to strengthen the bond with our tenants and between tenants themselves. For example, with the arrival of our digital janitor, an online platform for direct contact, service and maintenance and mutual contact.
