We are strengthening our position in Poland, now again with a beautiful new construction project: Greendustry!
Construction in Krakow is progressing steadily. The first 50 apartments from phase 1 are now being furnished. Phase 2 (of which these are images) with 78 Van der Vorm Living apartments will be completed early next year. The complex is located in the heart of Krakow's Zablocie district, near 'Schindlers Factory' adjacent to the Stare Podgórze and Vistula River.
The homes will be built in an industrial style around a beautiful green courtyard. The housing offer will be diverse, from studio to multi-room apartments. Residents will soon be able to use the common green courtyard, their own green balcony or beautiful private garden. And of course, our residents can participate in our community activities, such as yoga, city walks, BBQ etc.
By the way, we are already well known here. The area is also home to our residential building Krakusa and hotel Xerion. Several alternative stores, galleries, new trendy restaurants, modern bistros and cafes in former warehouses have settled in the neighborhood.
Phase 1 is scheduled for completion in Q3, our leasing partner Leach & McGuire is busy with lease preparations.
