Woonhave buys residential complexes from Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep

Woonhave N.V. and Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep have reached agreement on a transaction concerning 8 residential complexes and thus a total of 832 apartments. The parties will make no announcements regarding the purchase price.

The residential complexes are located in Rotterdam, Maassluis, Capelle a/d IJssel, Zwijndrecht, Dordrecht and Delft, making them an excellent fit with Woonhave's strategy of investing in good, affordable housing in growth regions with good infrastructure.
