Another step forward in home comfort! Together with Van der Vorm Living and IJbouw

Today we reached another milestone and signed an agreement with IJbouw, an expert in technical management. This expansion and intensification of cooperation promises a wonderful improvement in the technical management of our portfolio, quality of living and efficiency of property management.

IJbouw will act as a dedicated complex manager, taking responsibility for the technical management of part of our portfolio. At the heart of this collaboration is the ambition to take property management to the next level. By embracing the digitization process, a direct line is created between tenants and executing parties. This results in better service, faster communication and a consistently high quality of service.

Performance-based management
The agreements between Van der Vorm Living and IJbouw are set out in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). These will ensure clear monitoring and reporting of performance, enabling continuous improvement.
