Victor's Work Inn is open!
With more and more people working hybrid, we have noticed that many tenants feel the need for a separate but shared workspace. A place where you can work full-time or perhaps just part of the day in peace and quiet in pleasant surroundings. And where you might also meet a neighbor to spend your lunch break together.
Because we have the ideal mix and volume of housing and retail in Delft, we saw the opportunity to fill it. We developed Victor's Work Inn. Residents can use a nice workplace, meeting room or comfortable bellbooth here 7 days a week from early morning until late at night. There is also free coffee, tea and wifi.
This week we have already been able to show many enthusiastic residents around. Already the next day, the first ZZP-ers unfolded their laptops in Victor's Work Inn. For now, this is still a pilot, which non-residents can also use for free. As of January, this will remain free for residents as well. Other visitors can book a workplace or meeting room online from €15.
A partnership has been established with the adjacent brasserie. For a fee, they can provide lunch, fully cater a meeting or deliver a delicious macchiato to the workplace.
