Van der Vorm Vastgoed buys Martini Hotel complex in Groningen
Van der Vorm Vastgoed has purchased the Martini hotel complex, located in Groningen's south central area, from Dahold Holding.
The complex at Gedempte Zuiderdiep 8-10 includes the Martini hotel with 116 rooms, the Hostel Bud gett with 34 rooms and the renowned WEEVA restaurant.
The building consists of five floors and is approximately 6,486 m² in size. The complex will be further modernized and expanded in the future.
The purchase is in line with Van der Vorm Vastgoed's strategy to strengthen its portfolio through rotation, (re)development, internationalization and diversification.
