Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep Sells Victoriberg shopping center in Noordwijkerhout to A.J. Real Estate
Rotterdam, Dec. 16, 2020 - Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep has sold its Victoriberg shopping center with parking garage on Dorpsstraat/Zeestraat in Noordwijkerhout to A.J. Real Estate as of Dec. 16.
Completed in 2007, the shopping center with a total size of approximately 4,230 m² is located in the middle of downtown and features a parking garage with 199 parking spaces.
The shopping center is fully leased to Albert Heijn, Lidl, Gall & Gall, Kruidvat and Bakker Van Maanen, among others.
The sale is in line with Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep 's strategy to strengthen its portfolio through rotation, (re)development, internationalization and diversification.
