Cooperation between Van der Vorm Living and RMS Multiservice: a step forward in home comfort

This week we signed an agreement with RMS Multiservice, which will take on the technical management of part of our housing portfolio. This step fits in with our vision of putting the right parties in the right places and using their knowledge and expertise. This will allow us to further professionalize our property management and continue the digitalization, linking tenants directly to the executing parties. We always strive for better service, faster communication and high quality.

Together with them we are in this way able to further strengthen our technical management RMS Multiservice will act as a dedicated complex manager on the various complexes, by means of KPIs and the underlying SLA everything is recorded and monitored.
