Completion 47 apartments Szwedzka (Warsaw)

Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep signed an agreement in early 2019 with Polish developer SP Invest for the construction of 47 high-end apartments, 25 parking spaces and 37 storage units in the Polish capital Warsaw.
In the first months of the new year, these apartments will be completed by SP Invest.
The properties are located in the popular and growing Praga Pólnoc district, one of Warsaw's most dynamically developing neighborhoods with many cafes, restaurants, art galleries, parks, bike paths and green spaces. The Google campus is also located in this neighborhood. The location is just a 4-minute walk from the Szwedzka metro station, from where the capital's (business) center can be reached in just 12 minutes.
The addition of the 47 apartments from Szwedzka again significantly expands the Polish portfolio. The portfolio consists of residential, hotel and short-stay apartments, mainly located in Warsaw and Krakow.
Margreet van der Vorm is very much looking forward to this completion. 'In Warsaw, this is our first new construction project. We started investing in already existing properties in Warsaw, but will soon be able to add new-build apartments to our portfolio. We have undiminished confidence in the Polish market'.
Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep was legally assisted in the purchase and development of these apartments by Kancelaria radców prawnych Konieczny Wierzbicki of Cracow, in the technical field by Arcadis Sp. z o.o. and the management of the property is done by our partner Hamilton May.
