The first tenants in Praga Północ are in!
We welcomed our first 40 tenants in La Praga (Warsaw). Starting in January, the second series of 40 apartments will be completed, with the final cluster of 50 apartments to follow in March 2023.
The housing offer in La Praga is very diverse. There are two-, three- and four-room apartments from 27 m2. All apartments are very complete, including balcony, kitchen, bathroom and full inventory.
In Poland, we already introduced our new living label "Van der Vorm Living. In the Netherlands, London and Paris we will do so early next year. More on that later!
For the past two years, construction has been underway in Warsaw on this beautiful complex with 130 apartments, 27 parking spaces and 33 basement boxes. La Praga is located on the right bank of the Vistula River in the Praga Północ district. A district that is in full development. Think unique old industrial atmosphere with clubs, restaurants, museums, theaters and galleries. But also close to Center Praskie Koneser, the campuses of SWPS and WSM universities and Google for Startups.
