Wait and see or follow through?

????????? ?? ??????????? The newspapers write about it, the current affairs programs pay plenty of attention to it: it's tough investing in housing. Do we experience it the same way, or are we in the game differently?

CFO Peter Fluitman comments, "Of course, in fact it is a simple calculation. If the land, construction and development costs and also the construction interest do not match our expected return, then there is no business case. And we are all at a standstill for the time being. Nevertheless, we think we should continue planning and preparing investments and developments in full force. Not wait and see, but anticipate new times. Only then will we stay on track and be able to contribute to filling the great need for housing.

And at the same time, we are fully committed to our Polish projects. We see plenty of opportunities there in the housing market. For us, the investment climate in Poland is favorable at the moment and we have a head start on the market there. We are also open to collaborations with other capital providers, so that together we can finance even more promising projects. Anyone who wants to know more about this may feel free to call".
