Lease 560 m² to Kruidvat in shopping center De Hoven in Delft

Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep has reached agreement with A.S. Watson for the lease of a Kruidvat of ± 560 m² in shopping center De Hoven in Delft. The total area of the shopping center is approximately 18,500 m² GLA and has recently been expanded with, among other things, the addition of a Charles Vögele store.

With the arrival of Kruidvat, the shopping center has gained another strong anchor. Previously Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep leased ± 1,150 m² to Charles Vögele, as well as ± 70 m² to SUITHOME, a regional entrepreneur in tailor-made suits, and realized a relocation of Telgefixt, a local entrepreneur in telephone accessories and repairs, within the shopping center to a larger store. A few units are still available within the mall for lease. The rental fits within the strategy to offer a good mix of national retail chains in the mall combined with fun, creative initiatives from local and regional entrepreneurs. Shopping center De Hoven has been in the news frequently last year in connection with the dinosaur exhibit, combined with free parking for consumers.

Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep is a private real estate company based in Rotterdam with an (inter)national real estate portfolio consisting of residential, office and retail properties. In addition, Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep develops for the benefit of its own portfolio.
