Detailresult Group and Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep extend leases
Supermarket chain Detailresult Group and Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep have further strengthened their cooperation by extending two lease agreements.
It concerns the 'Dirk' supermarket on the Laan van Bol'es in Schiedam, as well as the 'Dirk' supermarket in shopping center De Hoven in Delft. The parties have agreed new long-term lease arrangements for both supermarkets.
The retail space in Schiedam amounts to approx. 2,200m2 floor area. The retail space in Delft amounts to approx. 1,400m2 floor space.
