Van der Vorm Vastgoed recently purchased 8 apartments and 1 office apartment in Krakow. The apartments are located on the 1st, 5th and 6th floors of a building complex to be renovated at ul. Rakowicka 6 in Krakow. The building is located in a neighborhood of residential buildings 500 meters walking distance from the historic center of Krakow and surrounded by the presence of several international companies, organizations and universities. Four apartments have an outdoor space and all residents of the apartments can use a roof terrace above the 6th floor. The office apartment is located in the main building. Architectural completion of the apartments will take place in mid-July 2018. After any structural revisions, the apartments will be put into use as hotel rooms by September 1, 2018. Colorfly will operate the hotel rooms.

The purchase is in line with Van der Vorm's strategy to strengthen its portfolio through rotation, (re)development, internationalization and diversification.
