Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep expands in Paris

Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep acquired its fourth building in Paris in late December.

The building consists of 14 apartments and 2 stores and is located in the vibrant heart of Saint Germain in the ^6th arrondissement of Paris. The district is the gathering point of cultural events and is characterized by several hip restaurants and stores of famous fashion designers such as Giorgio Armani, Christian Dior and Louis Vuitton, among others.

Van der Vorm Vastgoed has been present in the French market for years, investing in properties intended for long-term rental. Saint-Germain is the next big investment in Paris.

Margarethe van der Vorm (director of international investments) says this recent acquisition on Boulevard Saint-Germain, in addition to the existing properties located on Boulevard Haussmann, Avenue de Bourdonnais and Place de Valois, is a great addition to the French portfolio.
