Description
We acquired half of the Quelle Locum residential development with 128 apartments, including parking spaces and storage rooms.
The complex is located at ul. Romanowicza 6a in the heart of Kraków's Zablocie district, adjacent to the Stare Podgórze and the Vistula River. In this area is also our residential building Krakusa and (apart) hotel Wegierska.
Location
The centerpiece of the emerging Zablocie neighborhood is Oskar Schindler's factory. The neighborhood is home to all sorts of alternative stores, galleries, new trendy restaurants and modern bistros and cafes in former warehouses.
Accessibility
Nearby are several public transportation options, which allow for direct travel to the city center of Krakow.
Construction work has started and will last until the end of December 2022. In Q4-2022, we expect the apartments to be ready for rental.
