Living in Parc Fontaine means coming home to the green heart of Eindhoven. Directly by the leafy city park, three residential towers with luxury apartments and penthouses are located at the Le Sage ten Broeklaan. The striking white buildings are located on a car-free boulevard for cyclists and pedestrians, allowing you to walk straight into the Stadswandelpark. The park is extended to the rear of Parc Fontaine by the exclusively designed back garden. With this extension, the buildings are actually part of the park and you have a view of the green.
The 39 luxury apartments in Parc Fontaine vary in size from approximately 82m2 up to 129m2 and are situated in the Betula and Tilia building. The building and the balconies are placed in such a way that you can fully enjoy the sun and the beautiful view of the Stadswandelpark. All apartments have a sunny terrace/balcony facing south or southwest. Due to the fine placement of the buildings, there is also optimum privacy. Under the building is a spacious parking garage with sufficient parking space for your car, as well as a private storage room for each apartment. The roof of the parking garage will be laid out under architecture and serve as a private garden for the 3 residential towers. The private garden was designed by garden manager Fons Linders from Nuenen and ensures that the beautifully landscaped garden integrates with the Stadswandelpark.
At the front, the residential towers are slightly elevated above street level. By situating the apartments on the ground floor approximately 70 cm above ground level, extra privacy and security is achieved. Combined with the natural separation on the bicycle- and pedestrian-boulevard and the fencing with vegetation around the private garden it makes for a pleasant and safe environment.
The link to the park can also be found in the naming of the project and the 3 buildings. Frans Fontaine was head of the public garden department at the municipality of Eindhoven from 1953 to 1983 and therefore responsible for the Stadswandelpark. The three apartment towers are named Betula, Tilia and Robinia; the Latin names for trees that can be found in the park, namely the birch, the linden and the acacia.
In the Betula and Tilia building, a total of 39 rental apartments are located with a price range that varies between € 1,700 and € 2,905 per month.
