Living in the park, Parc Fontaine

Eindhoven, Netherlands
39 Luxury apartments in the park
Architect-designed garden
Located directlyat the City Park

Description

Right on the leafy Stadswandelpark, on Le Sage ten Broeklaan, are our three residential towers with luxury apartments and penthouses. The striking white buildings are located on a car-free cycling and walking boulevard. The Stadswandelpark is extended, as it were, to the rear of Parc Fontaine, through the exclusively designed backyard. With this, the buildings actually become part of the park, overlooking the greenery.

Details

The 39 luxury apartments in Parc Fontaine are located in the Betula and Tilia buildings. The apartments range in size from approximately 82 m² to 129 m². The building and the balconies are conveniently located in terms of sunlight and the beautiful view of the Stadswandelpark. All apartments have a nice terrace or balcony facing south or southwest. Due to the beautiful location of the buildings, there is also optimum privacy.

A spacious parking garage with ample parking is located under the building. This is also where the storerooms for the apartments are located. The roof of the parking garage is architecturally designed and serves as a private garden for the residential towers. The private garden was designed by gardener Fons Linders from Nuenen. The beautifully landscaped garden therefore integrates with the Stadswandelpark.

At the front, the residential towers are slightly elevated from street level. Because the apartments on the ground floor are approximately 70 cm above ground level, extra privacy and security have been created. Together with the natural separation of the bicycle and walking boulevard and the fencing with vegetation on the private garden, this ensures a pleasant and safe living environment.

The link to the park is reflected in the naming of the project and the three buildings. Frans Fontaine was head of the parks department at the Eindhoven municipality from 1953 to 1983 and thus responsible for the Stadswandelpark. The three apartment towers bear the names Betula, Tilia and Robinia. These are the Latin names for trees found in the park, namely the birch, linden and acacia.

Buildings Betula and Tilia consist of a total of 39 rental apartments.
