Description

Hoboken residential complex in Rhoon includes 44 apartments in the middle and high rental segment. This transformation project was completed and fully leased as of October 2021. Details

The 44 apartments range in size from 51 m² to 106 m². All apartments feature a modern finished kitchen and bathroom, private outdoor space and parking. The apartments are gasless and equipped with an electric heat pump. In addition, sustainable and insulating materials have been used and some selected homes are equipped with solar panels.

Each apartment is provided with a parking space located on private property. It is also possible to rent additional spaces at an additional cost.

Location

Hoboken is the quiet base for the busy life in the Randstad. Rotterdam, Dordrecht and The Hague can be reached quickly by private or public transportation. Within walking distance of the complex is the Rhoon metro station, from here it is 15 minutes to the heart of Rotterdam. The nearby mall and village centre are quickly reached on foot or by bicycle. Hoboken has the best of both worlds: the picturesque village with the greenery of the Grienden nature reserve, yet close to all the amenities and life of the Randstad.
