The homes are cleverly laid out and equipped with all the amenities. Both apartments and studios have laminate flooring, glass fleece wallpaper on the walls and they have been painted. There is a modern kitchen including appliances (Siemens), a fine, fresh bathroom and a free-hanging toilet. All apartments have a balcony and a private storage room. It's possible to rent a parking space in the garage. There is also an enclosed bicycle shed. For the studios (A and B types), a laundry room on the 1st floor is available. The property can be equipped with blinds. Interesting is the possibility of participating in our individual solar panel project.
