Will you soon be living in one of these unique tiny houses in Leiden?
Looking for a special and sustainable place to live? Here's your chance! Eight beautiful tiny houses will soon be built on the roof of shopping center de Kopermolen in the Merenwijk . These homes are super sustainable, made of environmentally friendly wood (CLT) and are even more sustainable than the current BENG standard.
Do you not only want to live comfortably, but also actively participate in your neighborhood? These tiny houses are socially rented to people who would like to contribute, for example by maintaining a vegetable garden or helping with neighborhood activities.
Construction has already begun and completion is scheduled for February 2025. And starting today, you can apply to be considered for one of these special homes!
To qualify for a tiny house, we ask you to share your motivation with us. You can do this by sending a vlog (video) or a letter telling us how you want to contribute to the community, for example by volunteering in the vegetable garden, cooking for neighbors or helping out in other ways. We look forward to hearing your creative ideas! Go to the website. Or view the project on Funda.
