Stores EDS-Plein Coevorden sold to Blueprint Investments
Rotterdam, Oct. 5, 2020 - Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep sold its stores at EDS Square 1-4, part of De Holwert shopping center in Coevorden, to Blauwdruk Investeringen as of Oct. 1.
Completed in 2015, the 4 stores totaling approximately 5,200 sq. ft. have been leased long-term to Lidl, Jumbo, Aldi and Kik.
Shopping center De Holwert is Coevorden's main shopping center.
The sale is in line with Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep 's strategy to strengthen its portfolio through rotation, (re)development, internationalization and diversification.

Blueprint Investments has been initiating funds for 1.5 years and focuses on convenience real estate and residential properties. This purchase fits very well with Blauwdruk's strategy to build a healthy and stable investment portfolio for its affiliated investors. In addition, Blueprint purchases properties to be developed and existing properties with development potential. Once out of development, co-investors will join a fund. All purchases are pre-financed by Blueprint.
