Molenpassage shopping center in Etten-Leur sold

Amsterdam, Nov. 2, 2021 - Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep sells shopping center in Etten-Leur to Section5

Sectie5 purchased shopping center Molenpassage in Etten-Leur on Nov. 1 for the benefit of its investment fund S5 Forum Fonds.

The retail complex of approximately 3,100 m² newly completed in 2016 consists of eight stores and underlying parking garage with approximately 100 parking spaces. The Molenpassage houses a Dirk supermarket (approximately 2,000 m²), Dirck III liquor store, Kruidvat, Van Disseldorp de Echte Bakker, Kaasgenoten, Beekers Groente en Fruit and Van Boxtel Hoorwinkels.

Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep is a private real estate company based in Rotterdam and Belgium with an (inter)national real estate portfolio consisting of homes, offices and stores. In addition, Van der Vorm Vastgoed develops for the benefit of its own portfolio. Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep invests in real estate in the Netherlands, France, England and Poland.

The shopping center will be added to Section5's S5 Forum Fund, which was very recently expanded with acquisitions in Zutphen and Hardenberg. Since the establishment of S5 Forum Fund in 2019, three issues have been successfully completed. Investors can apply to participate in each new issue of the fund. With the new acquisition, the portfolio consists of eleven properties, in addition to Etten-Leur located in Leeuwarden, IJsselstein, Valkenswaard, Vaals, Mierlo, Hoogeveen, Ede,Velp, Hardenberg and Zutphen. S5 Forum Fund is the 19th supermarket-related real estate fund (and the first supermarket-related growth fund) that Sectie5 has introduced in cooperation with Reyersen van Buuren Vastgoedbeleggingen B.V.
