Rotterdam, Nov. 24, 2015 - Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep has sold the office and industrial building at Edisonweg 1 and 1a in Alkmaar to a consortium of investors led by ConverseDC.
The approximately 7,000 m² complex is located in the Oudorp industrial park and has excellent access to the A9.
The office and commercial building houses Rexel and Bruynzeel, among others.
