Lease: ± 1,150 m² to Charles Vögele in De Hoven

Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep has reached agreement with Charles Vögele on the letting of approximately 1,150 m² of retail space in shopping center De Hoven in Delft-Zuid. The total area of the shopping center, after addition of the newly realized extension, is approximately 19,000 m² GLA.

The arrival of Charles Vögele further strengthens the branching within the shopping center. Previously, Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep also leased 1,000 m² to retailer Action. In addition, several more lettings are planned in the short term. The letting fits within the strategy to offer a good mix in the shopping center of strong national retail chains in combination with strong local and regional entrepreneurs.
From August 1 to October 31, 2015, a dinosaur exhibition will take place in the shopping center, giving shape to the desire for the shopping center to be a place for young and old! In the process, parking has also been made free.
