Van der Vorm sees residential environment as quality

Our residential label Van der Vorm Living is taking shape. We see it as our responsibility to offer our tenants more than just a home. You really have to feel at home. The pleasant social living environment then really adds value. A team of colleagues and partner companies is busy building in more qualities and adding services for our residents.

Because it is nice to know who your neighbors are, we create places where residents can meet each other as a matter of course. We do this, for example, by placing a pool table or coffee pantry with really good coffee in the public space, or by creating workplaces on the first floor of a complex. Where space permits, we realize high-quality communal outdoor spaces in the form of indoor gardens, roof gardens or a communal vegetable garden. With the further development of the residents' app, we will further digitalize our services and property management. With this we want to make contact with the manager and/or us more accessible, easier and faster. We have plenty of ambitions for 2025. You can then easily sign up for a running group, but just as quickly report a repair request to the technical service.
