Van der Vorm Vastgoed sells multi tenant office at Het Ravelijn in Lelystad to M7
Rotterdam, Nov. 27, 2020 - Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep has sold its office at Het Ravelijn 1 in Lelystad as of Nov. 26 to M7 Real Estate.
The striking and eye-catching blue office of over 3,400 m² lfa is located on the through road the Middendreef, next to the St. Jansdal hospital and near the Stadshart of Lelystad.
The office was long known as the Enterprise Center Lelystad which housed the Chamber of Commerce.
The sale is in line with Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep 's strategy to strengthen its portfolio through rotation, (re)development, internationalization and diversification.
