Van der Vorm Vastgoed, Stebru and Capital Fit join forces for Duet Delft

Yesterday, together with Stebru and Capital FIT, we took an important step in the area development around shopping center De Hoven in Delft. We are proud to announce that we have signed the cooperation agreement for the Duet Delft project: the new construction of approximately 290 owner-occupied apartments, a commercial/social plinth and a parking garage.

This collaboration is the result of a careful tender process and provides a solid foundation for the further development of this site. Together with Stebru, we strive for a high-quality residential, retail and living environment, where quality, sustainability and connection are central.
We look forward to a successful collaboration and the realization of this ambitious project in Delft!
