Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep Sells housing complex 'Two Villas' on the Oude Haagweg in The Hague to a private investor

Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep has sold the "Twee Villa's" housing complex at Oude Haagweg 42-46 in The Hague to a private investor.
Completed in 2017, the 'Twee Villa's' complex consists of 2 residential buildings 'Haag' and 'Goes' with a total of 46 apartments and 35 parking spaces. The 'Two Villas' are situated on Oude Haagweg 42-46 in the green Hague district of Loosduinen. There are 16 different types of homes, ranging from 60 m² GO to 109 m² GO. All homes have a spacious terrace or balcony and an external storage room.
The sale is in line with Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep 's strategy to strengthen its portfolio through rotation, (re)development, internationalization and diversification.

Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep was accompanied in this transaction by CBRE and Houthoff. The buyer was accompanied by Frisia Makelaars, partner in Dynamis and Kooijman Autar Notarissen from Rotterdam. The management of the complex will be provided by Maison Management from The Hague.
