Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep Sells De Leeuwenburg Amsterdam to Vastint
Amsterdam, April 20, 2015 - Vastint has purchased office De Leeuwenburg from Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep. The prestigious office building is located at Weesperzijde 190 in Amsterdam.
With almost 64,000 m²(GFA), the Leeuwenburg is one of the largest buildings in Amsterdam and is located entirely on its own land. The building is fully leased to the Hogeschool van Amsterdam.
Leeuwenburg is centrally located at De Omval. This office district is among the best performing office locations in Amsterdam with prominent users such as Philips, Redevco and Delta Lloyd. The location is very well accessible from the A10 and A2 motorways and train and metro station Amsterdam Amstel offers a fast connection to the center of Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport.
The proximity of some popular neighborhoods, trendy restaurants and its location on the Amstel River also makes the area attractive to residents, underscored by the housing developments in the Amstel Quarter and the recently announced development of the Amstel Tower.
