Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep Buys retail development in Etten-Leur

Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep purchased a new-build retail development in Etten-Leur's core shopping area from the combination Rialto Vastgoedontwikkeling and Maas Jacobs Vastgoed .

The property on Bisschopsmolenstraat includes a Dirk supermarket of approximately 2,000m2, a Kruidvat and a number of day stores. The total development comprises almost 3,700m2 GFA. Parking takes place in the underground parking basement with 96 spaces.

The first pile was struck in September 2015. Completion of the stores and parking garage is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2016.
