Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep Expands housing portfolio in Warsaw

Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep recently acquired its 9th residential building in Poland, with a new investment in Warsaw.

The building consists of 55 apartments, 52 parking spaces and 27 storage units and is located in the popular Praga Północ in the heart of Warsaw, near the Konesera Google campus and the Wisła River. The district is one of the oldest districts in the city and is known as a vibrant cultural hotspot where art and culture, present and past come together.

Van der Vorm Vastgoed has been present on the real estate market in Poland for 4 years, investing in properties intended for long-term rental. The purchase of the residential complex on Ul. Solidarnosci is the next major investment in Warsaw and supports our goals of building an established residential portfolio in Poland.
