Trip to Warsaw with the Van der Vorm team
We recently traveled to Warsaw with the Van der Vorm team for an inspiring program that focused on our projects, the real estate market, and social impact.
During our visit, we reviewed various projects in our Polish portfolio and received an interesting update from CBRE on developments in the Polish real estate market.
Everyone also got to know theVan der Vorm Living conceptin Poland. Through a variety of activities—such as sports, events, coaching, and Polish language classes—we encourage our tenants to meet and connect with one another.
Kawiarkais a perfect example of this—it’s a social café located in one of our buildings that we set up in partnership with L’Arche. Here, people with Down syndrome have the opportunity to work and, in doing so, find a valuable place in society.
In addition to the program itself, we explored Warsaw by bike and visited places such as the POLIN Museum and the Wodka Museum. The combination of project visits, market insights, culture, and socializing led to inspiring conversations, new ideas, and an even stronger bond within our team.
We look back on an inspiring journey during which we not only visited our projects but also demonstrated how we are building strong communities and creating social impact in Poland.
