Transformation shopping center De Gaard Utrecht started

The starting signal for the transformation of shopping center 'De Gaard' into 'The New Gaard' was given today.

In addition to renewing the Utrecht shopping center, an expansion of the floor area from 4,600 m² to 8,700 m² is also planned. Thanks to the expansion, De Nieuwe Gaard will soon offer space for 8 - 10 new entrepreneurs.

Also part of the renewal at De Gaard is the transformation of 13 homes above the shopping center.
