Transformation Home of Talent Torenhove in Delft

Construction company Bakker Arkel and Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep raised a glass together to a challenging and unique development last Friday, April 15, with the signing of the contracting agreement.

The agreement covers the transformation of 102 studios and apartments. The apartments, located on the 1st through 9th floors of Home of Talent Torenhove in Delft, will be delivered High End to a starting target group of Young Professionals on the labor market.

Interest is high and the first 70 homes have already been rented. Partners involved are Klunder Architects, Q brokers and Crielaers Company. Project supervision is in the hands of Vrijborg.
