Start of construction housing project De Veense Poort

This afternoon Alderman Ariannne Hollander struck the first pile of the new housing project to be realized on the 1st Melmseweg in Veenendaal. It concerns 46 ground-level veranda houses in the first phase. A total of approximately 250 homes will be built in this area, spread over several phases.

Building Plan De Veense Poort

These homes are part of the building plan De Veense Poort, which was commissioned by de Veense Poort Vastgoed B.V. and is largely being developed by Timpaan. It concerns a compact housing type with a minimum usable area of 75m2. The sale of these 46 homes is now in full swing and almost all homes have been sold. The district is located along the edge of Veenendaal West near the A12 motorway in a beautiful 'green' area.
