Opening Recycled Park Rotterdam

As a proud sponsor, we attended the opening of the 1st Recycled Park at the Floating Pavilion in the Rijnhaven in Rotterdam.

Recycled Park is one of the first realizations of the Recycled Island Foundation. A young organization aimed to actively respond to plastic pollution in open waters. Plastic pollution is collected in the Nieuwe Maas just before it reaches the North Sea. The captured plastic is then reused/recycled. From the plastic, floating building blocks are made for a new green space; floating park. The building blocks will be designed so that not only new life can emerge at the top, but new life must also take root at the bottom.

A great initiative to which we are happy to contribute.
