New developments regarding the long awaited redevelopment of De Nieuwe Gaard! NEVO Vastgoed B.V. signed last Thursday, April 7, the turn-key agreement with TOP Vastgoed regarding the long-awaited redevelopment of shopping center De Gaard in Utrecht.

The current shopping center is currently approximately 3,900 lettable meters (m²) in size, consisting of an AH supermarket with related (daily) stores. In the new building situation, the shopping center will be enlarged to ± 8,000 lettable meters (m²) and will be supplemented with a strong mix of national, regional and local retailers.

There is already agreement on enlarging the Albert Heijn. There is also already agreement with Kruidvat, Etos, Grapedistrict and a good number of already established retailers for the new building, among others.

Completion of the project is projected in the 1st half of 2018.
