Milestone for Van der Vorm Vastgoed in the Hoeksche Waard

Van der Vorm Vastgoed, together with Waarderhoek B.V. - a partnership between ABB Bouwgroep and Trivestor Group - is developing approximately 300 homes in the new Stougjeswijk neighborhood in Oud-Beijerland. This development is part of a broader area development of nearly 2,500 homes in the Municipality of Hoeksche Waard.

In cooperation with the Area Operating Company (AM, BPD, Ballast Nedam and Roosdom Tijhuis) and our construction and development partners, we are now taking the next step toward realization.

Recently, the site was visited by representatives of the Ministry and the Province as a so-called breakthrough site. This underscores the importance and urgency of this development within the regional housing task.
