The building is located in the center area and is highly visible from the main road Stationsdreef, within walking distance of shopping center De Goudriaan. Welzijn Lelystad and GO! Childcare are housed in the office.

The sale is in line with Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep 's strategy to strengthen its portfolio through rotation, (re)development, internationalization and diversification.
