Jacobus Recourt Makelaars will handle the leasing for the LOOF new-construction project in Delft

Today, Van der Vorm is signing the contract with Jacobus Recourt for the LOOF project, which is being built next to the " De Hoven " shopping center in Delft.

Jacobus Recourt Makelaars will handle the leasing of the 70 private-sector rental apartments in this sustainable new-construction project. With their market knowledge, experience, and personalized approach, we are confident that the leasing process will be successful and sustainable.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Harold van Echteld and Britte den Broeder, acting on behalf of Jacobus Recourt. Tim Aalders and Rosann van den Adel were present on behalf of Van der Vorm Vastgoed.

LOOF is a unique project built entirely using CLT. This construction method minimizes CO₂ emissions. The homes are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2027.
