FiduVast develops largest private roof terrace in the Netherlands

Visitors to Nijmegen will be familiar with the old Royal Haskoning headquarters. The monumental building is currently being renovated by FiduVast, a partner of Van der Vorm Vastgoed. The renovation will make room for 61 apartments.

The most beautiful, then called the "superior penthouse" for nothing, is located on the seventh and eighth floors. Inside it is spacious (520m²), outside gigantic, because with 600m² the terrace is the largest private roof terrace in the Netherlands. Soon this 'well-kept secret' in Nijmegen will come on the market for about €6 million.
