Festive opening of residential tower De Hoven
In the presence of all (future) residents, the festive opening of the first residential tower "Boven de Hoven" in Delft will take place on Wednesday, November 4. Then also the festive first pile is struck for residential tower 2.
Alderman Raimond de Prez will perform the official opening with the unveiling of the nameplate of the first tower. Then he will give the starting signal for the realization of tower 2, by setting an old Dutch pile driver into action. He will be assisted by René Voortmeijer (Commercial Director Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep), Guido Voerman (Commercial Director Heembouw Wonen) and some (future) residents of towers 1 and 2. Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep and Heembouw are responsible for the development and realization of the residential towers and an extension of the shopping area De Hoven.
Residential Tower 1 consists of 83 apartments: 13 owner-occupied and 70 rental apartments. These were sold and rented well before completion and have now all been occupied. Reason enough for Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep and Heembouw to continue their successful cooperation and build a second residential tower here, which will consist of 88 apartments. Of these, 60% are already rented or under option.
