FC Donderstraat 1 sold to STARS Properties

Last week we sold F.C. Dondersstraat 1 in Utrecht to STARS Properties. This office building is a municipal monument dating from 1953 with approximately 1,412 m² LFA and 12 parking spaces in the center of Utrecht. The municipality of Utrecht leases the location on a long-term basis for the Center for Youth and Family and District Office East and Northeast.

STARS Properties, a private investor with ambitions to further expand its portfolio, considers the property a valuable addition due to its location, stable tenant and monumental character.
