A high-end project in Delft
We recently visited our project De Hoven in Delft with a delegation from the Municipality of Rotterdam. This busy shopping center is an important shopping center for the whole of Delft. De Hoven is easily accessible, has a good mix of stores and excellent parking. Against and above this shopping center are four residential towers, of which Delft Hoog is a special one.
After a transformation from office to residential tower, 208 rental apartments with a high level of finishing have been realized here. The housing offer is broad: from residential studios to apartments and penthouses.
The level of service also fits the name Delft Hoog. All homes have been delivered turnkey. The floors are laid, the walls are papered, there are window coverings and the kitchen is equipped with appliances. Residents can move in immediately, no chores required.
The service offered goes further: the entrance has been transformed into a pleasant lobby where meetings are easy. This is where residents often have a coffee upon entering, or have a package delivered to one of the bring-me boxes. Also convenient: a laundry room has been realized for the studios. Groceries are super easy to get in the shopping center below the residential towers.
We are also working on a plan where we can help residents save on energy bills, including by participating in our individual solar panel project. And we're not done yet. We are currently working on creating a co-working space, where residents and local residents can use a workspace and meeting rooms.
