Construction update redevelopment De Gaard, Utrecht

The work on our investment property shopping center De Gaard in Utrecht are moving at full speed. The coming week the glass will be placed in the passage hood and the masonry in the passage will be done. The contractor De Vries en Verburg is also busy with the apartments above. The balconies will be fitted with beautiful fencing and the new apartments are expected to be ready by the end of June. The Nieuwe Gaard is in full swing!
