Rotterdam, Jan. 14, 2016 - Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep has since become the proud owner of the hotel/retail property located on the corner of Vredenburg and Lange Viestraat, directly behind Hoog Catharijne and Utrecht's central station and opposite de Bijenkorf.
The first floor and part of the second floor house a WE store of approximately 1,100 m². The Apollo hotel located above it has 90 rooms.
The acquisition is in line with Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep 's strategy to strengthen its portfolio through rotation, (re)development, internationalization and diversification. Recent acquisitions include a new-build retail development in Etten-Leur, 3 apartment complexes in London and an apartment complex in Paris.
